Welcome to a new world of Fairy Tales

I’ve always thought there was no such thing as too many books. Books are portals to brand-new worlds and they give us strength and courage through characters that we love and cheer for.

Writing retellings brings me great joy and comfort as I visit old friends and bring new life to stories that might be familiar. With new twists and turns and characters that don’t always do what’s right, these fairy tales bring a fresh perspective.

In Cursed Beauty, I’ve taken a new look at Beauty and the Beast. In most tales, the story starts when Belle meets the Beast and they are trapped together in the enchanted castle.

But what started the curse in the first place?

Well, the Beast was mean and vain and he caught the bad end of a curse meant to teach him the true meaning of beauty. At least, that is my perspective based on books I’ve read. Cursed Beauty takes that story and gives it a twist. I hope to share it with you soon.
