Book Review:
I absolutely love the Holly novels, and Crossroads is no different. They’re dark and twisty, but always with that bright hope shining throughout. Holly is a force of nature, much like a hurricane. You can’t meet her and walk away without knowing you’ve experienced something extraordinary. I love her spunk and the depth of character that the author uses to portray these fictional people so that they seem entirely real. Holly and Jordan are one of my favorite duos, and Crossroads might be my favorite Holly novel so far. Holly has grown and changed so much since that first book but she’s still Holly. I loved this look into Holly’s past and the constant tension that winds the story tighter and tighter until you simply can’t stop reading. These are the kinds of stories that you think about long after the final word is read and the book is closed. There is hope and beauty in the shattered pieces. I received a copy of this book from JustReads Publicity Tours. I was not required to leave a positive review. All thoughts and opinions expressed are entirely my own.
